We inform you that due to reasons beyond the festival’s organization, we have not been able to obtain the necessary permits from the competent authorities to hold the event at the beach as planned. Therefore, we  had to find a new location to carry out the festival.

We are pleased to announce that the Psychobilly Meeting Festival will take place at CAN XAUBET, where the festival had been held previously and where we are sure that we can offer an unforgettable experience to all attendees.

Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you soon at the Psychobilly Meeting this year in Can Xaubet!

Informamos que debido a motivos ajenos a la organización del festival, no hemos podido conseguir los permisos necesarios por parte de los organismos competentes para celebrar el evento en la playa como estaba previsto. Por ello, hemos tenido que buscar una nueva ubicación para poder llevar a cabo el festival.

Así que el Festival Psychobilly Meeting tendrá lugar en CAN XAUBET , donde ya se había celebrado el festival anteriormente y donde estamos seguros de que podremos ofrecer una experiencia inolvidable a todos los asistentes.

VIVA EL PSYCHOBILLY MEETING ! ! !

L’ organització del Festival Psychobilly Meeting i l’Ajuntament de Pineda de Mar, han pres la decisió de posposar la realització de l’esdeveniment fins al 2021. El Festival que tenia data de el 30 Juny a el 6 de Juliol es celebra desde fà 27 anys i és la primera vegada que falta a la seva cita.

El motiu és causa de la crisi sanitària pel Covid-19,  i es vol actuar amb responsabilitat moral, per part de l’organització per evitar l’exposició, preservan i garantint, la seguretat dels veïns de la nostra població així com dels assistents que acudeixen tots els anys de totes les parts de món, evitant nous brots d’infecció i contagis derivats de l’contacte amb visitants d’altres països amb possibles fases de control de la pandèmia molt diferents.

Una altre de les raons és la incertesa respecte a la normal celebració de l’esdeveniment per qüestions logístiques com la mobilitat dels artistes o assistents o la disponibilitat hotelera per acollir el gran nombre de visitants a l’esdeveniment.

Una decisió trista i dolorosa tant a nivell sentimental per tots aquests anys de treball i esforç i un gran cop econòmic tant per a l’organització de festival com per a la població de Pineda de Mar.

Esperem que la situació millori amb el temps i tant el sector cultural com turístic, tan important per a la nostra població es recuperi el més aviat possible, sent conscients que serem els últims a sortir de la desescalada.

Si tot va bé, les noves dates per el festival Psychobilly Meeting, serán del 29 de Juny a el 5 de juliol  2021.
